Xinet
WebNative Suite
Xinet is a leading developer of high-performance workflow
solutions. In any industry where image files and artwork
are transferred between servers, work-stations, and
output devices, Xinet maximizes efficiency by integrating
production, collaboration and digital asset management.

FullPress® establishes
the foundation File System on a central server and
provides the following:
- AppleShare with support for AppleShare IP for fast,
reliable file sharing
- Print server software which
allows users to choose any printer or imaging
device on the network
- Open Prepress Interface (OPI)
image replacement software for efficient
sharing and management of large images from the moment
they are
created or scanned into the system until they are
output in their final form
- Optional transformation
of PDF files into PostScript
- Automatic, configurable
PDF-generation queues
- ICC color correction software
for ensuring start-to-finish color fidelity
FullPress server software alleviates bottlenecks that
businesses encounter when they work with large image
files. It has been engineered to make many different
workflows efficient, and includes a long list of features
which can be combined to automate production in a non-proprietary
manner.
FullPress automatically produces low-resolution placement
images which are used for most document set-up activities.
When final output is desired, FullPress replaces the
low-res placement images in a document with their original
high-resolution images at print-time. This image substitution,
seamlessly integrated with file sharing, PostScript
printer sharing, print file spooling, color correction,
a RIP that can produce many different output formats,
and print queue management, improves workflow in any
situation where large graphic files are being manipulated.
 WebNative® Venture
integrates FullPress server with a Web based interface
to the assets, backed by a powerful relational database.
WebNative Venture provides the ability to store customized
meta data regarding the assets, fast search capabilities
and control over each and every asset on the file system.
Features include:
- 24-hour, secure file access via the World Wide
Web.
- Easy
to use asset search engine via a standard web browser.
- Custom
image ordering which allows downloading files in
the most appropriate resolution, size, and image
format.

the web.
- Mechanism to browse and search archived files and
request their restoration.
- Document upload function
for returning completed layouts to service provider.

Web-appropriate images from more than 20 different
file types.

added to WebNative without typical database administration
overhead.

in IPTC and XMP metadata; automatically records activity
on assets.

number you create.
- Administrator decides which database
fields each user sees.
- Provides triggers and actions
that automate workflows.
 WebNative® Portal
is a powerful web-hosting application that provides
enhanced levels of security, solution architecture,
and user experience. This system was designed for hosting
secure, highly customizable asset management web sites
powered by WebNative and WebNative Venture.
Enhanced Security
WebNative Portal moves the
entry point of WebNative and WebNative Venture to a
secure proxy server, outside the firewall. This additional
networking layer significantly increases the security
of hosted assets and satisfies the common IT requirement
for putting web-facing servers in the "DMZ."
Easy
Branding and User Interface Customization
WebNative
Portal's template-based architecture delivers maximum
branding impact and user experience. The interface
can be quickly and easily customized with popular web
authoring applications such as Dreamweaver and GoLive.
Flexible
Web-Hosting Architecture
WebNative Portal offers a
variety of data hosting and web site deployment options.
A single WebNative Portal server can host multiple
web sites and connect to one or more WebNative Venture
servers. For additional flexibility, multiple WebNative
Portal servers can connect to a single WebNative or
WebNative Venture server.

"I just wanted to say a quick “Thank You” to
Syncron CyberKare for all your help on this project.
The migration went smoothly and was very successful – staff
were up and running when they came in on Monday morning
and couldn’t tell the difference (except for
a few speed gains! And a new server name.) – A
big “thank you” to John for helping us
at the crack of dawn! I was very impressed with your
professionalism and dedication to completing the project
to Watt’s satisfaction – communicating
with us every step of the way. I know that both Eugene
and Jim really appreciated the hands-on training and
information download sessions!
I know that it took lots of discussions and planning
and finally execution/effort to complete this project
and I was very impressed with how Syncron CyberKare
managed this process. I look forward to a continued
relationship with your company to help Watt achieve
it’s goals…
Thanks again!"
